Our client is a Multinational Company with a reputation for excellence and operations in 41 countries, world leader in the supply of metal packaging to some of the biggest FMCG brands.

For one of the factories located in the Central Italy, we are looking for a

**Plant Quality Control Supervisor

The Plant is specialized in metal closures and they also develop and assemble sealing machines for their customers and equipment for the manufacturing of closures in the Centre of Engineering.

They offer an interesting position in an international company where personal development and experience are evaluated.

**Posizione**:

You ensure an efficient management of complaints with the identification and elimination of the root causes, with a view to continuous improvement and with a customer oriented approach.

- You ensure the conformity of the finished goods through the verification and continuous improvement of the production processes.

- You coordinate the Quality Inspectors.

- You manage vision systems.

- You supervise problem solving activities till the definition of corrective improvement actions necessary to the non-recurrence of the problem (Non-Conformity and OOS)

**Requisiti**:

- You have a University Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 3, 5 years industrial experience in Quality area.

- You have a Good Knowledge of all the quality instruments necessary in a certified system

- You have good Ability to manage people

- You have Problem Solving, Team Working and Communication skills.

- You speak fluent Italian and you have a good knowledge of English language
