Our client is an Italian Automotive Company, leading in cooling and thermal management systems for premium OEMs for ICE, HEV, BEV vehicles, with HQ in Italy and subsidiaries all around the World.

In order to strengthen its internal structure, it has commissioned us to search for a

**PLANT QUALITY DIRECTOR**:

**Posizione**:

**Main responsibilities**:

- Monitor and define corrective actions for all Customers claim related to process and Suppliers after start of Production;

- Monitor the equipment scraps and define targets for all production lines;

- Monitor supplier non conformity;

- Supervise and manage Process, Product and Supplier Quality;

- Respect and supervise the Company's Safety Standards;

- Prepare and update Control Plan, Inspection WI and other documents and reports.

**Requisiti**:

**Requirements**:

- Deep knowledge of IATF

- Certified Auditor IATF / VDA

- Minimum experience of 3/ 5 years in Supplier Quality

- Strong leadership skill

- Fluency in English is a must.
