**MAKE Asset Management (MAM) organization**:

The MAM organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance and Automation Systems activities.

This occurs in a standard, coordinated and consistent manner in support of the current and future requirements of our internal Manufacturing Organization (MTO) and in conjunction with key partners, to create one integrated internal/external network.

**Job Summary**:

In this unique role you will lead a team of engineering and automation professionals across the 11 manufacturing locations for the Small Molecule Platform.

As Platform Engineering Lead you are a member of the Platform MAM Leadership Team, supporting the identification and development of innovative engineering solutions to solve problems of today and enable the launch of the products and technology of tomorrow.

**The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have**:

Build and lead in a new pharma industrial revolution phase that focuses heavily on inter-connectivity, reliability, and real-time data.

Shape the Small Molecule digitalization strategy and make it real.

Take ownership for Digital Worker, Smart Asset Optimization and Intelligent Automation.

Lead the Platform Engineering Team on global initiatives across our manufacturing sites, including platform-wide expertise building, asset ownership, reliability, technical safety & compliance, external manufacturing support, and project delivery excellence.

Collaborate with local and global functions and Centers of Expertise, the site Digital & Technology Leads, and the site GM's, structuring the design of new solutions and processes.

Drive talent development serving as a true talent incubator for the MAKE Asset Management organization and beyond.

**Qualifications** We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements**:

You acquired an Engineering or Life Sciences Master's Degree, have 10 or more years of related experience, and a strong interest in leading professionals.

You are an experienced leader who is comfortable operating in a sophisticated environment within a global organization.

You see the big picture and are willing to adopt an End-to-End Platform focus.

You communicate effectively with customers at multiple levels of the organization.

You are a change agent, and have a proven experience in leading leaders and a genuine motivation for developing people.

You envision a future where digital and data will drive new results.

You challenge the status quo, frame problems with the end goal in mind, using persuasive tactics.

You believe in Asset Management, drive Reliability, and adopt high Quality standards, showing cost advantage.

You have experience in facilities & utilities operations, maintenance & metrology, capital project management, Lean methodologies.

You understand process control systems and strategies, with some experience in integration of these to higher level MES/Digital tools.

You know global regulatory and GMP standards for design and operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
