What you'll do: Management of digital projects and platforms. Responsible for Sisal digital platforms, defining the digital product roadmaps and delivery strategy, with the goal of building an ecosystem that supports and stimulates online business growth. Managing the platform backlog. Evolution of the services offered by the online channel, in collaboration with business units in their respective countries, managing innovation flows aimed at introducing new technological solutions that accelerate the evolution of online business. What you'll bring: Ability to communicate transparently and effectively with all stakeholders, managing expectations and proactively resolving issues. Ability to coordinate internal and external resources needed for the project, including technical teams, and the ability to plan, coordinate, and manage complex digital projects, considering budgets, timelines, and available resources. Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate project progress and identify areas for improvement. Capability to measure and understand the benefits that platforms and projects are bringing to the business. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including online advertising, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and marketing metrics analysis. Knowledge of major cyber threats and best practices for protecting company data and information. Degree (preferably in engineering). At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
