Role Overview: The Platform Solutions Engineer will play a key role in supporting the sales and business development team by combining technical knowledge with sales skills.
This individual will assist in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, client onboarding preparation, and technical research.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Business Development to tailor solutions to client needs, ensuring the success of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities: Product Demonstrations: Assist in preparing and delivering product demos to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our platform.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Head of BD to respond to client inquiries and address technical questions during the pre-sales process.
Support the creation of tailored proposals and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Research and Insights: Conduct technical research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Gather client feedback to improve demo scripts and product positioning.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, demo guidelines, and client-specific presentations.
Track and analyze pre-sales activities to provide insights for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client needs.
Qualifications: Must-Haves: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e. g. , Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent experience.
Understanding of SaaS platforms or AI-driven technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a willingness to learn new tools and solutions.
Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a client-facing technical role.
Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation tools (e. g. , PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Hands-on experience with data analysis or visualization tools is a bonus.
