(PM363) Snr / Principal Consultant - Ports & MaritimeJob Title: Snr / Principal Consultant - Ports & MaritimeLocation: ItalyWe are recruiting for a Senior or Principal Consultant to work closely with our international transaction team and play a pivotal role in supporting the development of our global Port & Maritime offer.

The selected candidate will work on a variety of projects in the freight (container, bulk) and passenger (ferry, cruise) maritime sectors providing strategic advisory to Clients in Italy, Europe, Americas and Asia. Qualifications required:Master's degree in Economics, Management or Engineering or equivalent;3-5 years of experience working closely with public and private organizations in the maritime and port sector;Located in Italy;Fluency in both Italian and English. What we'd like from you:Experience in the Ports & Maritime sector is a must;Knowledge of the strategic aspects, market dynamics and key drivers, in particular in the freight sector;Ability to take a Project Manager role and deliver successful projects (time, cost, quality);Good analytical capabilities and Excel spreadsheets knowledge;Ability to create reports in a logical and well-structured way;Good communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly and with confidence analyses' findings to non-technical audiences;Excellent interpersonal skills, time-management and ability to work as part of a team;Entrepreneurial spirit to support work winning;Availability to attend Client's meetings in Italy and abroad as required by projects;Fluency in both Italian and English is a must (writing and speaking).

Additional language capabilities would be an advantage. Desirable additional attributes:Knowledge of port operational aspects;Previous experience in Due Diligence mandates, in particular in the Commercial, Technical and ESG areas;Experience of successfully managing stakeholder groups;Track record in winning work and Client engagement.
