We're looking for a talented Post Merger Integration Analyst Intern to join our PMI departments, based in our Milan office.
The role The PMI Analyst will cover a wide range of administrative and analytical tasks, such as: Project planning, preparation, and update of the periodical reporting Manage development and execution of the post-merger integration plan, risk management and issues/action resolution, program communication, and reporting to stakeholders.
Lead planning sessions and solution workshops to gather requirements, devise recommendations and accelerate integration decision-making.
Set up and administer project infrastructure and management tools for efficient and scalable tracking of multiple, simultaneous, complex M&A projects.
Apply developed subject matter knowledge to engage in team conversations and help solve business issues actively.
Work directly with all functions across the company to craft and implement repeatable and scalable acquisition integration processes to deliver expected deal outcomes.
Establish and update/revise standards and core practices with lessons learned from each acquisition.
Assist in the creation of content for and ongoing maintenance of/process surrounding playbooks and templates for company organisational learning, scalability, and continual improvement.
Create tools and processes to monitor and signal process adherence and master data gaps to drive adherence to process Requirements Our ideal PMI Analyst Intern will have an advanced degree in the client portfolio related fiel, or a BA/BS/MBA.
As well as: Outstanding project management skills with an attention to detail Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
Previous experience leading project teams, lead client engagements and/or major internal initiatives.
