Overview The Content Manager will be part of the Content Team, Chapter within Publicis Groupe, with the goal of managing the assigned client portfolio and coordinating resources for the development of special cross-media, integrated, and multi-platform projects within the brand communication strategy.
Responsibilities 1) CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Manage the assigned client portfolio, creating and maintaining strong and positive relationships with clients. Contribute to achieving the team's financial goals by developing business for your clients and accurately managing the assigned budgets. Identify business opportunities for your clients through a consultative approach with convincing commercial results, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 2) COORDINATION OF RESOURCES WITHIN THE TEAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL PROJECTS AND CONTENT STRATEGIES: Management of briefs received from the client and internal stakeholders within the group. Presentation of projects and strategies, ability to process client feedback by interpreting their needs. Management of internal resources designated for the implementation of media partnership projects, branded entertainment, influencer marketing, esports, events, and productions (digital and offline), from brief to execution. Management and control of project implementation timelines in all phases. Qualifications Previous experience as an Account (5-7 years) in creative agencies or in business units dedicated to content marketing and brand entertainment in media centers is a preferred requirement. Fluent English language proficiency. Advanced knowledge of the Office suite: must have experience in developing PowerPoint presentations and data analysis in Excel. Understanding and assessment of key media metrics related to projects, both online and offline. Strong interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Entrepreneurial spirit and performance orientation. Written and verbal communication skills (ideas, internal and client presentations). Ability to work under pressure to solve problems. Agile mindset, creative and quick thinking. Reliability and sense of responsibility. Additional information This opportunity does not provide relocation support.
