**PMO**:

HSPI S. p. A. , a leader in IT services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a figure as PMO who will be responsible for managing all programs, activities, planning and delivery inherent to regulatory compliance.

The resource will initially be involved in a project with important customer and will deal with:

manage the process of task implementation and execution according to defined procedures;

create and maintain execution plans in compliance with timelines;

reate the necessary documentation and reports per SAL;

periodically plan necessary activities according to safety and compliance requirements;

manage and coordinate SAL;

Attend/maintain progress meetings.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or other related field;

previous experience in consulting as PMO/Quality Control/Audit;

excellent knowledge of the Office package;

good knowledge of the English language.

**Nice to have**:

ITIL certification;

Knowledge of the integrated Quality and Safety management system;

Knowledge of key project management methodologies;

experience in process reengineering and procedure writing;

Knowledge of SW life-cycle.

The profile is completed by excellent analytical and relational skills, precision, organizational autonomy and a strong orientation for teamwork and the achievement of results.

Entry level and remuneration will be commensurate on the basis of actual experience and seniority gained.
