**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- You are accountable for Intake activities among many customers in many countries

- You are managing the governance of the internal projects like investment, internal efficiency and compliance

- You are part of a team helping each others

- You set and implement standards across the team of the department

- You maintain and improve a holistic Portfolio within the department to ensure transparency and steering of the entire project portfolio with regards to financials, scope, time and risks across all teams involved.

- You analyze revenue and cost of the department in order to provide input for the overall reporting (sprint, people equation, investco, etc.

)

- You maintain and continuously improve overarching steering and governance topics such as capacity management, risk management, continuous improvement and budgeting in close collaboration with the department head and the other teams

- You act as PMO helping program manager and project manager to organize the work

- You act as junior Project Manager, with the aim to grow in project management for internal project (internal efficiency, compliance) and also customer project.

- You clearly contribute to the continuous improvement, financial success and growth scalability of the Issuing department by keeping up to date all governance reports

- You are able to build and maintain a good relationship of trust and cooperation with your team mates and all other internal / external key stakeholders

- You identify risks or issues within your area of responsibility and proactively initiate adequate measures

**Skills we can't do without**:

- You are a motivated person, willing to grow in governance skills

- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convince people, to prioritize, to overcome barriers and handle internal politics with others

- You manage successfully multiple activities

- You have a degree in economics or computer science.

- You are fluent in English - spoken and written

**Skills we'd like**:

- You have methodological skills in traditional and agile project management (e. g.

PRINCE2, SAFe, SCRUM).
