**We seek a PMO Consultant who shares our passion for innovation and change.

This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

**You will get the chance to**:

- Plan, monitor, and control Enterprise Architecture projects;

- Verify the adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality of deliverables;

- Draft and share clear periodic reports for Management;

- Supervise activities' compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards;

- Facilitate the definition and management of corporate architectural principles;

- Identify project-related risks and opportunities;

- Coordinate the definition of the project portfolio and architectural roadmaps.

**What will help you succeed**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role with proven knowledge of Enterprise Architecture management;

- Familiarity with operational processes, technology platforms, and regulatory requirements of the Insurance industry (preferable but not mandatory);

- In-depth understanding of platforms and frameworks used in the Insurance industry (preferable but not mandatory);

- Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex contexts;

- Excellence in structuring and managing communication between different stakeholders;

- Fluent English knowledge;

- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, and TOGAF (for the Architectural Enterprise environment) will be considered a **plus**.
