**Role Description**:

As part of the consulting team, the PMO will:

- Understand our clients' business needs to help them overcome challenges.

- Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating processes to provide relevant recommendations for enhancing current operations.

- Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops.

- Create high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings.

- Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Capco brand, and our global reach.

**Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

- A bachelor's degree in economics or similar fields.

- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a management and/or technology consulting firm.

- Knowledge of various project management methodologies, such as agile/scrum and waterfall.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Great stakeholder management skills.
