View all jobs PMO/DEMAND ON PROCUREMENT>Consultant to review, validate and monitor Procurement Implementation Plan, Large Organization ROMA, Roma PROJECT CONTEXT We are supporting a Large institutional Organization in the delivery of a project on Procurement Process, which is the phase of redesign and re-engineering since few months

Engagement will quickly have a start date in the month of November, and the selected Professional will be interviewed within 15 working days by the Client Director

Scope of the consultancy is to deliver an end-to-end Procurement system that will facilitate to achieve end-to-end visibility for all procurement processes financed by the Company.

The new system will allow an effective tracking and recording of all key stages of each procurement activity, from the planning stages to the contract management step

Current phase>the Blueprint of the new Procurement Cycle has been defined, and the expected Consultant's role will be:

A)ensure and validate all the assumptions/functionalities highlighted in the Blueprint; B) propose different solution in case of gaps emerged C) Be and act as the collection point between Procurement Department and IT for implementation D) Monitor and track all activities, milestones, responsibilities, and time/budget constraints for an effective successful project

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOT THE POSITION Being an Independent Freelance Professional (no possibility for hired people)

Deep knowledge of Procurement/Purchasing operational process/phases

Having participated in major Contract/Cost/Purchasing engagement

Excellent skills in PMO and Demand Management activity

A fluent knowledge of English language

Ability to prepare ppt presentations and reporting to stakeholders
