Job Description Summary**: The PMO Executive Program Leader provides strategic leadership to, and oversight of, the Halide-X and next generation development to assure design optimization supporting future PMO installation enhancements to secure competitive advantage.

A key contribution shall be to balance produce cost vs. total installed cost to maximize value for GE OFW business and industry.

He/her will lead the PMO design for installation and commissioning focus with a life-cycle view of quality, infused with the latest NPI technology, competitive productivity, and cost position.

Reporting to the PMO ITO Leader, OFW dotted line to the CTO, OFW, the PMO Executive Program Leader will be responsible for defining and implementing Halide-X and next generation Design for Installation & Commissioning strategies in line with business strategy to drive long term program profitable growth.

The PMO Executive Program Leader will be responsible for setting and implementing Installation & Commissioning strategic priorities, including collaboration on product positioning, go-to-market, competitiveness analysis, supply chain strategies and supporting the NPI plan across the business life cycle.

**Essential Responsibilities

Identify innovative approaches to unlock productivity opportunities and decrease the Total Installed Cost (TIC) of Haliade-X and next generation driving competitiveness, and margin expansion opportunities.

Support strategy & NPI investment for clear program differentiation and ROI.

Enable successful innovation through team leadership and direction.

Engage with Customers, Consultants and Contractors engagement to further support the improvement of our Design for Installation and Commissioning activities and associated cost by leveraging available third-party market feedback and best practices.

Drive collaboration and coordination across ITO/OTR/Service organization, ensuring a strong partnership across the OFW functions (Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.

).

Drive value by structuring PMO enhancements and reduction of cycle time in key processes, harnessing KPIs data driven, OTD, 6sigma, Lean and Fast-works approaches to problem solving.

Leverage PMO YoY CoQ program cost and defects reduction by strategically identifying the top targets for impact, while improving OTD lead times and quality through process standardization, productivity programs, design-to-value, and should cost deployment.

Lead PMO input to Haliade-X and next generation Quality cross functional continuous improvement to increase performance predictability of the program.
