Job Description Summary**: You will be part of the Gas Power Upgrades Finance team, supporting the full financial cycles (closing, forecasting, reporting) and helping to drive visibility on both P&L and Cash KPIs.

This is intended to be a global role, which requires coordination among multiple regional stakeholders and cross functional teams.

**- ** Monitor Sales, CM and Cash/Billing metrics for Gas Power TX Upgrades segment**:

- **Maintain and enhance financial dashboards though visualization tools like Tableau**:

- **Support Regional teams in driving transparency around financial reporting and increasing focus around Past Dues reduction, Billing, Collection and accuracy of GL reporting**:

- ** Provide regular updates on Cash forecasts through continuous partnership with Service Directors and Project Management team**:

- ** Review future billings plans to identify trigger events and assign the correct operational ownership to drive execution and performance improvement**:

**The role requires a proactive and fast learning approach.

Curiosity and flexibility to cover complex processes are critical skills.

You will have exposure to senior leadership and Operational teams and be accountable to act autonomously on your own workstream.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders is a must.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- **BA/MSc in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent**:

- **Fluent in English and Italian**:

- **EU Work Permit**:

- **Proactive approach and ability to work independently**:

- **Open to work in a multicultural, fast paced environment**:

- **MS Office Excel and PowerPoint working knowledge**:

- **Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, willingness to learn
