Job Description:For our Moncler IT Department, we are seeking a PMO to join the Worldwide Information Security & Technology team based at our HQ in Milan.

Your impact:

The PMO will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and will focus specifically on security and technology-related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulations.

Activities: Manage project activities related to implementing security measures and controls, coordinating with IT Security & Technology and business partners. Analyze and organize roll-out plans, identify operational issues and potential security risks, and define mitigation measures with the team. Oversee third-party functional controls and collaborate with Process & Control and Legal to manage cybersecurity risks within approved tolerances. Ensure that IT Security & Technology projects align with strategic plans and budgets. Support the monthly reporting of technological activities to Group control functions and Business Partners. Main qualifications: Proven experience in managing complex projects in IT infrastructure, networking, and security. Achievement of certifications such as CISM, PMI, CRISC, CGEIT. Certification and/or knowledge of DevSecOps, networking, and cloud services concepts is a plus. We Would Appreciate a Person That Is: Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and external vendors. Skilled in problem solving with strong analytical abilities. Curious, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
