- to-day leadership and management guidance to ensure the proper operational activities, controls, training, to support the execution of the business strategy.
**Key duties
- To manage the assigned budget in term of Cost and Schedule Control of the Programs.
- To manage the Process Control actions of the Domain, in particular those actions decided within the Monthly Programs Reviews.
- To support Projects requests in terms of resources adequacy and to manage intra Domain mobility of work and/or resources.
- To manage the resources of the forecast programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario.
- To support the Mobility Committee.
- To manage and monitors the competitiveness improvement process actions and results achievement
- Report evidence of gaps and drifts as soon as appearing, for the benefit of the BidManager, the Project Manager and the WP Manager and propose recovery plans
- Structuring and planning: provide assistance to the Project Manager when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM - Consolidate corresponding workload.
- Managing Risks & Opportunities: elaborate and maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
- Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.
- Monthly Progress report preparation with program core team and i/fwith Customer for clarification aspects if requested
- Preparation of internal Companymonthly Dashboard jointly with CFO
- Support to Contract Administration

- Good knowledge of Financial parameters
- Fluent English
- Experience in manufacturing and financial preferred with experiencedigital transformations aspects
- University Curricula: Master's degree or equivalent qualification in economics or scientific fields
