The Proposal & LOD Specialist role is responsible for ensuring compliance of large business opportunities with the Large Order Directive (LOD) by coordinating the execution of related process in collaboration with Sales Force and other Back-Office functions

**What does the role involve?

**:

As a Proposal and LOD Specialist, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will join a global community of highly motivated and passionate professionals, working with leading Italian and international players.

Your main responsibilities:

Proactively investigate of potential LO opportunities by liaising with the Sales Force and collecting relevant information

Assist Sales Force in the LO assessment and document preparation, as well as coordinate the LOD process involving relevant internal stakeholders

Coordinate the documentation flow and the departments involved and define a clear schedule

Prepare LO documentation and support the Bid & Proposal manager in risk assessment, according to the LOD process

Propose LOD process enhancements for continuous improvement and process standardization; execute them in collaboration with involved stakeholders

Lead and execute LOD process automations, where possible, including integration with our CRM system

Cooperate with the global team to roll-out LOD global guidelines' updates, share best practices and perform experience exchanges

Support Bid & Proposal Manager in the preparation of proposals (economically and technically) and tender dossiers

Support the Bid & Proposal Manager in contract / purchase order analysis, including the risk analysis and collaboration with sales force and other internal departments

Acting as single-point-of-contact, coordinating all functional support teams (i. e. , Legal, Finance, Credit, Marketing, Sales, Logistic, etc. )

that will respond to bid packages, especially also in regards to LOD (project profitability & risk assessment)

**What you need is**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering or eventually good technical understanding and interest

- At least 2 years of professional experience

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Background in structured company and international context

- Basic knowledge of contracts management in construction industry

- Good Knowledge in Marketing and basics of Project Management and Risk Management

- Technical education or a proven relevant technical expertise/ competence

- Good understanding of business financials

- Customer Oriented

- Team Player

- Used to work on a goal-driven basis
