Project Management Office Risk & Schedule Manager is responsible, on behalf of the PM, for global project support to reach completion of the activities regarding program schedule, risks and economics.

This responsibility is exercised from signature of the contract through to the project completion period in terms of organization, time frame, workload, budget, etc.

**ACTIVITIES**:

- Supports Internal (Control Account Managers, Work Package Managers, etc. )

dedicated teams for schedule and cost control aspects.

- Guarantees compliance with cost, time schedule and performance objectives, deliverables according to contractual requirements

- In the frame of Risk Management process, manages project Risk Board, management and financial risks associated with the contract and keeps current relevant Risk Registers & Risk Retirement plans

- Keeps track of Risk Contingencies

- Prepares, coordinates and delivers customer progress reporting aligned with contractual requirements

- Supports Project Manager to release monthly project reviews dashboard with the collaboration of Financial Officer as well as Product Assurance and Procurement Manager

**SKILL**:

- Basic Project Management experience in industrial context (PMI or IPMA certifications are welcome)

- Very Good Knowledge of :Risk Management processes, Schedule Management (MS WinProject knowledge is welcome)

- Good Knowledge of :Sales/Cost control (IFRS-15 scenario), Reporting tools (MS-Office is welcome)

- Team coordination attitude
