Pmp Management Analyst
This role provides crucial support in developing, analyzing, and presenting labor briefs and Command Operations Center reports, as well as overseeing various administrative and operational tasks essential for maintaining ship repair schedules and resource management. You will assist with tracking command personnel training requirements, managing detachment equipment and tools, and optimizing ship maintenance plans. In addition, you'll contribute to acquisition planning, risk assessment, and contract performance evaluation. This position requires a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and offers an opportunity to engage with a wide array of ship maintenance, resource allocation, and program development tasks.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop, analyze, and present labor briefs and support Command Operations Center reports. Assist with reviewing daily SIPR message traffic, updating the SIPR CASREP database, managing Force laydown, and supporting FTS job assignments and management. Maintain records in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) requirements. Track and record training requirements for command personnel. Provide Defense Travel System support, assist with warehouse management, inventory control of Detachment Rota equipment, and handle Detachment Rota message (OIX) entry. Track, optimize, and schedule all C200 work through the PM to minimize disruptions in planned and unplanned ship repair schedules. Identify R200 resource constraints during maintenance availabilities and support the full lifecycle of avails, from planning to execution and closeout. Build, maintain, and analyze the overall R200 Schedule of Events, including TSRAs, MTR certification events, training, inspections, and assessments. Assist R200 supervisors with planning, prioritizing, and resource allocation. Provide support in acquisition planning, risk assessment, and performance evaluation for contracts. Participate in business process Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), focusing on enterprise integration and performance measures. Oversee transformation integration, planning, performance, and investment management for acquisition programs and systems. Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with SIPR message traffic and CASREP database updates. Strong organizational skills for managing ship repair schedules, resource allocation, and contract tracking. Ability to maintain compliance with DoD requirements for record keeping. Familiarity with managing training requirements for command personnel. Experience with warehouse management and inventory control. Must have an active secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Prior experience supporting Command Operations Center reports and labor brief analysis. Familiarity with the Defense Travel System and handling official travel support. Experience in acquisition planning, assessing technical and schedule risks, and contract performance evaluation. Knowledge of the ship maintenance lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout phases. Previous involvement with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and enterprise integration efforts.
