Main duties and responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applications used by the organization Develop, test, and deploy new applications as needed Ensure that all applications are functioning properly and are up to date with the latest security patches Provide support to end-users Collaborate with vendors to maintain and update hardware and software systems Collaborating with other departments within the organization to understand their needs and requirements Managing projects related to application development, deployment, and maintenance Providing training to end-users and other staff members as needed Conduct system analysis of application software to identify and propose solutions for problems Gather and document end-user requirements to create, prototype and test solutions Requirements: Experience: 2–5 years in relevant roles within hospitality technology Expertise in OPERA Product Suite: In-depth knowledge of OPERA PMS, OXI, IFCs, and OPERA Cloud.

Knowledge of POS software Oracle Simphony Knowledge of other hospitality software is appreciated like Passportscan, Book4time e Alice Good communication skills Fluent in English, both spoken and written Driving license B.
