ABOUT THE DATA OPERATIONS TEAM

The Data Ops team maintains and updates the company's data assets so we have the best possible and most up to date data on our products, across all channels: print, online and social.
Our mission is to manage and update our data assets: in collaboration with the Product team we work on the roadmap to support the company data strategy and answer our customers coverage needs
**ABOUT THE ROLE
As a P&O Assistant (maternity replacement) you will be working on activities related to purchasing and logistics within our Print Data Ops team, whose end goal is to deliver accurate and timely FLB print coverage data to our customers.
Your main job revolves around establishing active and clear communication with global suppliers and internal staff.
Your end-goal is to ensure timely delivery of luxury print magazines to our various local offices worldwide, by assisting Print Data Ops Team Manager in keeping track of publishing schedule, inbound shipments, purchase orders, service provider activities, etc.
**Missions**:
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues with service providers for magazine purchasing activity.
- Monitor magazine publishing schedule and expected delivery dates.
- Constant communication with on-line/off-line suppliers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of magazines.
- Assist Direct Manager by being in contact with overseas service providers to ensure deadlines are respected.
- Collaborate with the team on their activities related to print coverage needs, tickets, troubleshooting, supplier follow-up etc.
- Contribute to print coverage related projects with Global Strategy Team
**ABOUT YOU
**Your Profile
- 1 or 2 years experience in procurement or logistics back-office
- Fluent English
- Advanced Italian
- Able to work from Milan office once/twice per week
- MS Office Excel, Outlook skill level: Intermediate/Advanced
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, time management and interpersonal skills
- Autonomy
- You feel at-home in a dynamic and global work environment.

- Basic knowledge in print media editorial calendars and publishing deadlines
- We'll greatly value keen interest in the luxury print media landscape and top FLB publications, or just general interest in the FLB industry.
