Role Overview: We are looking for a smart colleague to support the People and Organization Department in a very dynamic environment, rich in interesting projects.

The position will work in our Milan headquarters, nearby Fondazione Prada.

People & Organization Admin Partner Tasks: HR and Payroll Systems (Workday and Quinyx) HR Processes and Procedures KPIs and Reporting HR administration, legal issues, and contracts Health and Safety Professional Experience and Skills: 3-5 years of experience in structured companies Curiosity, humility, and flexibility are a must Travelling availability Methodical and results-driven Strong team player Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Excel and reporting systems Fluent in Italian and English Degree in Economics or Law Experience in systems implementation Passion for pets & healthcare Benefits: Permanent employment in a fast-growing company Solid personal development opportunities within the Mars ecosystem Modern workplace in spacious and friendly premises in "OneMars office" (office space for AniCura, Mars, Royal Canin) in Milan.
