**Your key responsibilities**:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support all local "hire to retire" activities of the employee lifecycle and drive consistent and great Employee experience for associates and managers - Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of various P&O processes (i. e: performance management, recruitment & selection, talent management, succession planning, rewards and incentives, employee engagement) in close cooperation with the respective Centers of Excellence and with the P&O Services team.
- Contribute to Global P&O projects at country level.
- Support and execute workforce planning in alignment with the client's Business plan, including e. g.
change management activities, TM, OD.
- Contribute to continuous P&O process improvement at country level by analyzing current processes and identifying areas of improvement based on data and analytics.
- Maintain accurate and efficient daily P&O principles, practices, and policies.

**Minimum requirements
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Degree in Economics, Law or Political Science
- 4+ Experience in P&O, with proven track success in P&O regulations, labor law and social security
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws & Regulations, HR practices
- Customer orientation and proven Project management skills
- Strong analytic approach and knowledge of statistics fundamentals
