Poltrona Frau Jr Project Manager INTERN - Interiors in Motion BU Business Functions ENGINEERING; RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT Locations IT - Italy/Milano The Intern will join the Interiors in Motion Business Unit and will be supporting a Senior Project Manager in the planning and implementation of various company projects; s/he will have the chance to assist him in coordinating the various internal department with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with costs, times and agreed quality. Main activities Continuos interface with the product development team, assist in plannig all product development activities and monitor their progress until all established objectives are achieved Learn how to act as contact person towards the Customer for the relevant project until a suitable period after the production launch of the product Support in carrying out definitive technical-production feasibility analyzes on new products Identify, in collaboration with the Purchasing/SQE Office, new potential suppliers of materials Support in managing technical changes to the project agreed with the client Provide Process Quality support in managing customer complaints and reports after the start of series production Plan, request and monitor the results of all necessary laboratory tests on the new product (Technical Resolution and Self-qualification) Prepare cost estimates for new products aimed at formulating offers Education and experiences Master Degree in Engineering A previous experience in a similar role in international companies is nice to have Fluency in both Italian and English Skills and abilities Ability to work in team Presentation and negotiation skills Aptitude for problem solving and innovation Orientation to external and internal customers Care and attention to details Orientation towards achieving objectives Workplace : Tolentino (MC).
