Main activities

I_nternal Communications_:

- Develop and distribute internal reporting/updates across functions (e. g. special projects, editorials, events, industry initiatives) to ensure internal stakeholders are aware of relevant brand and product initiatives

- External Communications_:

- Maintain updated the media database and create project-specific media lists to support Public Relations outreach programs

- Propose, draft and develop PR content to increase earned media value

- Support the Manager in research, plan and pitch editorial/writing assignments with outside agencies

- Source and manage speaking opportunities for the company's CEO and Award opportunities for Contract and Residential Business Unit

- Draft different types of PR content (for example media announcements, newsletters and speeches)

- Admin & Operations_:

- Provide administrative support to Global PR & Comms manager to increase efficiency of PR & events operations

- Support event planning and public relations management, from initial concept to execution to post-activity analysis

- Support Media buying activities with the visual asset and liaising with all media outlets;

- Support Salone del Mobile activities from the preparation to the actual event

**Job requiremenrs and qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Exceptional writing and editing skills

- Fluent written and spoken in English; additional languages are a plus

- Good command of Microsoft tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

- Knowledge of traditional and digital media channels
