Poltrona Frau Project Manager - Interiors in Motion BUBusiness Functions: ENGINEERING; RESEARCH DEVELOPMENTLocation: IT - Italy/MacerataThe Project Manager – Interiors in Motion will be responsible for the planning and implementation of various company projects.

He/She will coordinate various internal departments with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and agreed quality standards. The position reports to the Program Management Manager of Poltrona Frau's Interiors in Motion Business Unit. Main Activities:Coordinate the product development team as assigned project managerPlan all product development activities and monitor their progress until all established objectives are achievedAct as interface and contact person towards the customer for the relevant project until a suitable period after the production launch of the productCarry out definitive technical-production feasibility analyses on new productsIdentify, in collaboration with the Purchasing/SQE Office, new potential suppliers of materialsStart pilot orders of these materials until the product/supplier is qualifiedManage technical changes to the project agreed with the client and coordinate all related activitiesProvide Process Quality support in managing customer complaints and reports after the start of series productionPlan activities relating to transfers of production sites and monitor their progressSupervise the creation of the prototype at the Modeling ShopPlan, request, and monitor the results of all necessary laboratory tests on the new product (Technical Resolution and Self-qualification)Prepare cost estimates for new products aimed at formulating offersEducation and Experience:Master's Degree in EngineeringStrong experience in a similar role in structured and international companiesFluent in EnglishExperience in the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1)Knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP is appreciatedSkills and Abilities:Ability to work in a teamProven negotiation and presentation skillsAptitude for problem-solving and innovationOrientation to external and internal customersCare and attention to detailsOrientation towards achieving objectivesWorkplace: Tolentino (MC), Montegranaro (FM) #J-18808-Ljbffr
