Poltrona Frau Project Manager - Interiors in Motion BU Business Functions: ENGINEERING; RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT Location: IT - Italy/Macerata The Project Manager – Interiors in Motion will be responsible for the planning and implementation of various company projects. He/She will coordinate various internal departments with customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and agreed quality standards. The position reports to the Program Management Manager of Poltrona Frau's Interiors in Motion Business Unit. Main Activities: Coordinate the product development team as assigned project manager Plan all product development activities and monitor their progress until all established objectives are achieved Act as interface and contact person towards the customer for the relevant project until a suitable period after the production launch of the product Carry out definitive technical-production feasibility analyses on new products Identify, in collaboration with the Purchasing/SQE Office, new potential suppliers of materials Start pilot orders of these materials until the product/supplier is qualified Manage technical changes to the project agreed with the client and coordinate all related activities Provide Process Quality support in managing customer complaints and reports after the start of series production Plan activities relating to transfers of production sites and monitor their progress Supervise the creation of the prototype at the Modeling Shop Plan, request, and monitor the results of all necessary laboratory tests on the new product (Technical Resolution and Self-qualification) Prepare cost estimates for new products aimed at formulating offers Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Engineering Strong experience in a similar role in structured and international companies Fluent in English Experience in the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1) Knowledge of MS Dynamics ERP is appreciated Skills and Abilities: Ability to work in a team Proven negotiation and presentation skills Aptitude for problem-solving and innovation Orientation to external and internal customers Care and attention to details Orientation towards achieving objectives Workplace: Tolentino (MC), Montegranaro (FM) J-18808-Ljbffr
