Position: Senior Polyolefin Process Engineer in Milan OfficeMain activities and Responsibilities:Ensure the technological support and know-how to the project within the petrochemical production chainTake part in commercial activities (promotion, pre-qualification and bidding) by assuring uniform approach and guidance, and in the definition of the detail project execution strategyAnalyze the Tender Documents, ensure the drawing up of the contractual guarantees and liabilitiesEnsure the assessment of the most effective technology availableDefine list of activities and deliverables, setup time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirementsEnsure Discipline Project progress, monitor and control man-hour consumption and coordinate the process activities of the team members throughout the projectGrant interface with the Client technical representativeGrant the interface with the Technological ProvidersParticipate in performance tests and elaborate acceptance test reportRequirements:Master's Engineering degree in Chemical EngineeringSignificant experience in petrochemical technology and process designProven experience in EPC petrochemical projects.

Hands-on experience in relevant Petrochemical process technologies – like polyolefins and/or rubber productionA track record of delivering results on scheduleAdvanced Knowledge of English LanguageAvailability to travel abroadLABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: At least 5 yearsIT SKILLS:Good knowledge and utilization of common productivity softwareGood knowledge and utilization of common collaboration and co-working softwareGood knowledge and utilization of common Process simulation softwareSOFT SKILLS:Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
