Job Description:Your opportunity For a new opening, we are currently looking for a Client Advisor as part of our dynamic team based in Fiumicino Airport.

How you will contribute The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, ensuring that each customer receives excellent and professional service throughout.

The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, develop and recruit clients, and spread the values and philosophy of our brand, with the aim of maximizing sales.

Who you are 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury; Strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity; Excellent negotiation skills; Customer-oriented; Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and team-oriented; Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated; Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required.
