Job Description

- Your opportunity_

We are currently looking for a _Client Advisor Intern_ to join our dynamic Pomellato team based in Milan, Via San Pietro all'Orto, Italy.

You will have the opportunity to support the Boutique Manager and the Sales team in welcoming clients and sales assistance, in restocking and reordering.

- How you will contribute_- Support the team in achieving the set targets and KPIs- Support the team in customer service and customer portfolio development, helping to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retention- Learn and implement clienteling activities- Who you are_- Bachelor's degree in fashion studies or similar- Genuine passion for luxury- Strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity- Team worker and Customer oriented- Mastery of digital skills- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required.
