Job Description: Description Our Mission We are currently looking for an Industrial Controlling Manager who will join our dynamic Finance team based in Milan.

As the Industrial Controlling Manager you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across our production facilities.

How you will contribute Manage financials of 2 production sites (Milan, Valenza) Control monthly production costs (labor, activity rate, overheads) Prepare the budget Monitor and optimize product costing by providing financial guidance to sourcing, planning and manufacturing departments Monitor margins vs target Monitor inventory level Set up the industrial control framework Prepare ad hoc analysis to support management in manufacturing/sourcing decisions Manage a team of one controller Qualifications and competencies Bachelor's degree in Economy/Business Administration or Engineering 8 years of experience in finance department, industrial controlling role in a manufacturing company is a must Strong command of Information Systems, knowledge of Stealth is a plus Strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
