Job Description:Description We are currently looking for an Industrial Controlling Manager who will join our dynamic Finance team based in Milan.

As the Industrial Controlling Manager, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across our production facilities.

How you will contribute: Manage financials of 2 production sites (Milan, Valenza)Control monthly production costs (labor, activity rate, overheads)Prepare the budgetMonitor and optimize product costing by providing financial guidance to sourcing, planning, and manufacturing departmentsMonitor margins vs targetMonitor inventory levelSet up the industrial control frameworkPrepare ad hoc analysis to support management in manufacturing/sourcing decisionsManage a team of one controllerQualifications and competencies: Bachelor's degree in Economy/Business Administration or Engineering8 years of experience in finance department, industrial controlling role in a manufacturing company is a mustStrong command of Information Systems, knowledge of Stealth is a plusStrong communication skills
