Responsibilities: • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival at the pool area in a polite and friendly manner and answer any questions they may have. • Providing information about facilities and activities to guests. • Providing clean and folded towels and ensure that guests are seated and helped with umbrella as needed.

• Monitoring the flow of guests to ensure that the pool area is not overcrowded.

• Addressing minor guest complaints and resolve any issues that arise.

• Reporting any problems/complaints/concerns to the management • Assisting with administrative tasks such as handling HotSOS requests and email as needed.

• Ensuring that the area is always kept clean and presentable.

• Keeping detailed and accurate records of guests who visited. • Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Ensuring that the pool area terms and conditions are respected. • Assisting to clear the pool deck for events
