POSITION OVERVIEWWe are looking for an attentive and service-driven Pool Attendant to join our team.

In this role, you will ensure that our pool area is a pristine, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests.

You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, maintaining poolside cleanliness, and attending to guests' needs to create an unforgettable resort experience.

RESPONSIBILITIESGuest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests by offering towels, setting up lounge chairs, and ensuring all their needs are met while at the pool. Pool Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including water testing and ensuring all safety measures are in place. Towel & Lounge Management: Ensure an adequate supply of clean towels and properly arranged lounge chairs, creating a visually appealing and organized poolside atmosphere. Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure that the pool area is safe, clean, and properly sanitized at all times, responding promptly to any issues or guest concerns. Beverage & Snack Service: Assist in delivering food and beverages to poolside guests, coordinating with the resort's F&B team to ensure timely and courteous service. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the guest services and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the pool area, addressing any special requests from guests. Monitor Pool Usage: Keep an eye on guest behavior around the pool, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and respond to any incidents or emergencies with composure and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONSA friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that the pool area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times. Ability to multitask and handle guest requests with grace and efficiency. Basic knowledge of pool safety and sanitation procedures. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
