We are looking for a Pool Attendant for the next season (spring/summer 2025) to join our Pool team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

Reports to Pool Supervisor.

Main duties & responsibilities: Constantly surveil and monitor the water and surrounding areas for potential hazardsActing as first responders, performing water rescues, administering first aid and CPREnforcing facility rules and regulations to maintain order and minimize risksMaintaining records of attendance, incidents, and accidents. Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the pool areaRequirements: Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferredPrevious work experience in the same position in hotelsBasic knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suitePassion for service and ambition to grow professionallyLifeguard certificationOther requirements: Effective and punctual written and verbal communication in order to update relevant colleagues and department. Ability to successfully work together united within a group whilst showing respect and willing to share information and skills. Willingness to continuously develop oneself. Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks carried out. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership of one's tasks and responsibilities. Ability to deal with multiple tasks and alter behaviour/priorities as changes occur, remaining calm in pressurised situations.
