Your day-to-day:
As Portfolio & Performance Planning Manager within the Operations Sustainability department you will manage end/to/end performance delivery, portfolio of programs/projects, as well as resource and fund allocation.
In addition, you will support strategy definition, process and implication to establish long term business plans which achieve function growth objective.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Project Portfolio Management process for the function, advising S&PD Director and Manager Performance & Program Delivery on decision-making regarding project prioritization, new project in-take and review of existing projects.
- Prepare, manage and govern functional budget, share reports and dashboard with leadership.
Liaise and act as a single point of contact for Finance.
- Support the team for the preparation of relevant governance forums, providing supportive materials and insights to drive effective leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend and implement action for performance delivery and ensure the best practice sharing and continuous improvement cycle is embedded.
Who we're looking for:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences, Finance or similar.
- Seasoned experience in a leadership position ideally in multinational organization.
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
- Solid experience in portfolio management, project management system, Data analytics coupled with prior experience in indicators and metrics planning and/or reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and people management capability, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerBI or other reporting tool.
- Fluent in English.
