We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Axactor Italy S. p. A. , one of the leading debt collection companies specializing in the acquisition of Non-Perfoming Loans (NPLs) and third-party receivables management.

The selected resource will be responsible for the management and optimization of NPL portfolios.

Portfolio Analyst Sede: Grosseto Main responsabilities:Analyse NPL portfolios to identify recovery trends and opportunitiesSupport the evaluation process of potential new portfoliosSupport the onboarding and registration of new portfoliosSupport the due diligence process for the acquisition of new NPL portfoliosPrepare detailed reports and presentations for management regarding portfolio performanceCollaborate with internal teams to develop recovery and optimization strategiesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategiesUse advanced analysis tools to predict and mitigate risks associated with portfoliosSupport the day-to-day operational management of NPL portfoliosMain qualifications:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance, Mathematics/Statistics or similarAt least 2 years' relevant work experience as an investment analyst, financial analyst, management consultant or in the bank/finance industryKnowledge of the NPL market and debt collection techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent skills in Excel and PowerPointExcellent technical skills on the usage of statistical tools (SQL, Power BI DAX, Power Query, Power pivot)Able to work both independently and in a team  What we offerA strong multinational professional environmentVaried and interesting workCollaboration across different parts of the businessCompetitives benefitsGreat working environment and regular social activitiesGrow up possibilities in a dynamic contest and company  We are looking for candidates of both sexes - L. 903/77 e 125/91 and of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
