Job DescriptionYou will be included in the Portfolios area, which deals with the origination and execution of new investment opportunities related to distressed credit portfolios.

Your role will initially be in supporting the team in the origination of new investment opportunities in NPL or UTP portfolios.

In particular, you will be responsible for analyzing the information material available (teaser, info memo, loan datatape) to evaluate investment opportunities; coordinate the Due Diligence process with the other structures of the bank and external advisors, interfacing with the seller and his consultants.

You will collaborate with the Pricing team in the definition of an investment strategy and in the determination of the price and you will participate in the negotiation with theseller and with his legal advisors.

You will then manage, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility, the entire process from the origination to the on-boarding of opportunities on defaulted loan portfolios.
