**Your Challenge
In addition, this role will involve extensive interaction with project management, systems engineering, product development, procurement, financial accounting, manufacturing, and other members of multi-functional teams:
- Implements Sales guidelines and sets the sales targets for the assigned customer
- Proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts, and regularly monitors the achievements, in the assigned area.
- Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.
- Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product, solution and service positioning.
- Drives customer focus within the organization, and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures, or the setup of customer related projects.
- Identify and support strategic key customers' business development.
- Investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for the customer related product, solution and service portfolio
- Prepares and negotiates projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
- Consolidate relationship with end users/EPC and OEM companies
- Contributes to the development of an after sales Service that is focused on customers' needs.
- Customer satisfaction to ensure Net Promoter Score (NPS) target;
**What you need to bring with you
- University degree in Chemical, Electrical, Environmental or Energy engineering
- Experience in Industrial or Energy market as Sales Manager
- Specific knowledge of product/solutions provided by our main competitors
- Specific knowledge of end user customer & EPC
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools mandatory
- Fluent business language skills in Italian and English; German language knowledge will be a plus
- Intercultural experience and team building skills;
- Ability and flexibility to adjust and thrive in environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments
- Availability to travel in Italy and seldom abroad.
