We are looking for passionate, motivated and ambitious people to join our Reception in our Hotel, Splendid Hotel La Torre.

After 30 years our Night Auditor is retiring, and we would like to find a long-term partner to grow up together.

The vacancy will open in February/March 2025 for a long seasonal contract, then it will turn in "contratto a tempo indeterminato" following positive feedback.

**Main Responsibilities

- Check in guests, answer phones and manage reservations

- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies

- Process invoices and fiscal needs

- Reconcile accounts

- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts

- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers

- Help prepare for forecasts and audits

- Be able to coordinate, prioritize and take decisions in case of need

- Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs

- Maintaining and improving hotel standards

- Manage guest feedback and complaints and address them

- Communicate with other hotel's departments in order to deliver high standard services

- Anticipate Daily needs and support colleagues in case of need.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, in big hotels with restaurant and strong accounting focus for at least 3-5 years, in italian companies would be considered a plus**:

- Fluent in English is mandatory; French and/or German are considered a plus

- Able to manage stressful situations

- Keen to problem solving

- Experience with accounting and facility management software

- Excellent math skills

- An eye for detail

- Good problem-solving skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to multitask

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Availability to work overnight

- Being trustworthy, ambitious, high performer, dynamic and details oriented

- T-Shaped profiles are more than welcome

**Location: Palermo and surroundings.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 6/10 mesi

Retribuzione: €1. 250, 00 - €1. 650, 00 al mese

Disponibilità:

- Festivo

- Turno notturno

- Weekend

Retribuzione supplementare:

- Maggiorazione lavoro festivo

- Maggiorazione lavoro notturno

- Quattordicesima

- Tredicesima
