Positions: Art Creative Director
Position Summary
We are looking for a visionary Creative Director - Art who can lead the visual and artistic identity of innovative projects for a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in design and art direction, with the ability to transform conceptual ideas into extraordinary visual executions, while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams. This role will be responsible for overseeing and directing the art team, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering creative solutions that align with the client's brand values and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative vision of projects from concept to execution, with a particular focus on visual aspects and artistic identity. Collaborate closely with the creative team (Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Art Directors) to develop original and innovative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital projects. Oversee the work of the art team, providing constructive feedback and ensuring visual solutions are consistent with the client's brand identity. Maintain constant interaction with clients, participating in briefings, presentations, and offering strategic solutions that meet their needs. Coordinate the creative process with external vendors, photographers, illustrators, and production houses, ensuring top-quality visual content. Manage and develop the art direction team, fostering professional growth and creative innovation. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and new creative tools to ensure cutting-edge solutions. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in art direction or similar roles, with at least 3 years in a Creative Director position. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with animation or 3D modeling tools. Creativity & Leadership: Outstanding creative leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team of professionals. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in presenting ideas to clients and collaborating internally with creative and management teams. Problem Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
