POST DOCTORAL POSITION FUNDED BY HORIZON EUROPE Duration: Renewable for up to 3 years (1+2) Salary: Gross salary is €45k per year.
Teaching: The fellowship does not involve any teaching obligations.
However, remunerated teaching opportunities are available if requested by the post-doctoral fellow.
REQUIREMENTS Candidates should hold a PhD in economics or be near completion.
Applicants with PhDs in other social sciences or computer science are also encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate a strong familiarity in applied microeconomic techniques.
Proficiency in statistical packages such as Stata , R , or Python is essential.
Experience with lab, online, or field experiments is a plus.
Publications in high-quality journals are appreciated, but they are not a strict requirement.
ACTIVITIES Quantitative Analysis and Data Management: Contribute to advanced data analysis using statistical software (e. g. , Stata, R, Python), including the development of econometric models and the management of complex datasets for experimental and quasi-experimental studies.
Survey Design and Implementation: Support preparation and review of questionnaires, data collection management, and logistical supervision of field and online experiments.
Scientific Writing and Project Drafting Support: Collaborate on the writing of scientific articles and preparation of research grant proposals.
Communication and Coordination: Participate in coordinating with the research team and other collaborators, contributing to workshops, and presenting results to academic and institutional partners.
