POST DOCTORAL POSITION IN STATISTICS (ANY FIELD)Salary: Gross salary is 30, 401 Euros per year.

The fellowship is tax-free but subject to 11% social security contributions.

The net salary is thus approximately 27, 000 Euros per year. Teaching: the fellowship does not involve any teaching; remunerated teaching opportunities are typically available if required by the post-doctoral fellow. CANDIDATE PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:Candidates will have obtained, or be close to obtaining, a PhD in Statistics, Econometrics or related disciplines. Candidates are expected to conduct independent research at the highest international standards. Candidates are expected to participate actively in departmental life and seminars, and to be willing to collaborate with resident fellows on projects of mutual interest. Language knowledge: English (knowledge of Italian is NOT required).
