Two postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Alessandra Boletta at San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, to work on projects aimed at studying metabolic reprogramming related to the Warburg effect and glutaminolysis in Polycystic Kidney Disease and in Renal Cell Carcinoma.

The lab has generated multiple cellular and animal models to study these medical conditions.

Both projects build on strong preliminary data.

**About the position**:

The fellows will work in close collaboration with other members including technicians, two bioinformaticians and other postdocs in the Boletta lab, and will be involved in external collaborations.

San Raffaele Hospital is one of the leading research Institutions in Italy.

The positions, funded by the US Department of Defense and by the Italian association for research on cancer (AIRC), are available starting immediately and will remain open until filled.

Salary will be commensurate to experience.
