YOUR TEAMThe successful candidate will work to develop an end-to-end design methodology that combines new ultrathin optical devices with vision systems empowered with artificial intelligence.

One goal of the activity is to build an optical table prototype of a "Meta-"camera to demonstrate its secure privacy-preserving performance. Both junior and experienced (up to 5 years of post-doctoral experience) candidates will be considered for the position. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSA PhD in Physics, Nanotechnologies, Computer Vision, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related areasStrong programming ability (Python preferred)Documented experience in AI and Deep Learning frameworks with hands-on skills in either Pytorch, Tensorflow or equivalent toolsAbility/willingness to integrate within a multidisciplinary research groupProven track record of publications in the relevant technical areas and projectsAbility to properly report, organize and publish research dataTeam player skills with the ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner (English language)Fluency in spoken and written EnglishADDITIONAL SKILLSHigh motivation to learnSpirit of innovation and creativityGood in time and priority managementAbility to work in a challenging and international environmentExpertise in the management of international and startup projectsExperience in national and international projects, both in the proposal preparation phase (i. e.
