**Posizione:**:Based in our headquarter office in Brugine, Padova (Italy), reporting to the Group Production Engineering Manager, the role is focused on **Power Electronics Production** and according to the Operations strategy, in particular focused on design and lead the implementation of new production methods and processes.

**Requisiti:**:**Main Accountabilities

- New Projects/Product Development

- Cooperates with R&D in new projects/products development assuring best performing processes and technology

- Leads the design and implementation of new production methods and processes, including new production lines model

- Develop new processes, challenging technological solutions

- Define technological standard for production equipment

- Contributes to define the budget related to the production automation projects / initiatives

- Existing Products Improvement

- Assure technological evolution

- Drive production processes improvement ensuring Group standards

- Support production capacity localization for capacity and technological evolution

- Assure Group alignment and same technology/process for global products

- Support plants in capacity improvement and issues solution

- Training to technicians and operators about the standard and use of equipment

**General Requirements

- Solid experience within Operations, with focus on manufacturing processes performance improvement (OEE, turnover, etc. )

in the electronic industry

- Solid experience in production lines design (automation, T&M, layout and material flows)

- Ability to cooperate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

- Used to share knowledge across the organization supporting an overall growth within the engineering area.

- Good project management skills, suitable for managing large and complex projects
