This role involves contributing to various aspects of project management, including budget planning, risk management, and documentation, while ensuring efficient back-office operations.

**Your tasks

- Provide administrative and logístical support for project teams and managers.

- Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues independently.

- Monitor and communicate project status, progressing towards independent proficiency.

- Contribute to budget planning, tracking, research, and analytical support.

- Manage invoicing, financial administration, and act as the back office for project managers.

- Liaise with teams in Italy, Germany, and Netherlands, occasional supplier communication.

**Your profile

- You have significant work experience and are familiar with Microsoft Tools.

- You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- You are an excellent communicator and speak fluently in Italian and English.

- You have a certain proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- You have a basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
