For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for an intern to join our PR & Communication Department.

The intern will be part of the PR & Communication Team and will provide support in many different daily activities (PR, media, events, trade, brand & image materials productions).

In particular, the intern will provide daily support to the Team, in the following activities:

- PR Activities: shooting coordination, sending of materials, production of press release and related deployment, management of images archive and editorial clippings archive and reporting.

- Events: creation of graphic material, sending of materials, management and updating of web mailing lists and other available tools, press trips and special projects;

- Media: file management, production of materials, check of documents and invoices; creation of press material, image management;

- Trade: creation of special contents for showcases for adv, sending of materials for press, media and graphic requests.

- Corporate catalogues, gifts and various materials management;

- Daily activities of general administration;

Educational background and Skills:

- Undergraduate or graduate in Business Communication, Fashion Design, Economics and Management, Luxury Management, Marketing;

- Previous experience, even if short, gained in similar positions at Communications, PR, media and events offices;

- **Excellent knowledge of the Office and Adobe Suite, especially: Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign;**:

- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus;

- Strong organizational and analytical skills;

- Detail-oriented and rigorous;

- Time management skills and ability to respect tight deadlines;

- Interest and passion for the fashion and luxury market; passionate digital native;

- Passion for the PR Industry and its best practices;
