We are looking for a highly motivated PR & Event planner to join us in our Mantua warehouse.

We are creating a 130, 000 sqm state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management. Your ResponsibilitiesOrganize site visits and conduct tours of the warehouse;Assist the site manager with administrative tasks and generate reports;Liaise with the PR and marketing team in Milan;Support the HR function as needed;Assist in planning and coordinating events related to the logistics site;Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Your Skills and ExperiencesHigh school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred;0-2 years of experience in a similar industrial environment or in the tourism/events planning sectors;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to communicate fluently in English;Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred;Very good soft skills, including adaptability, teamwork, and customer service;Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
